Prices are in US dollars. Team limits are a shared monthly pool: a 3-seat Team has 300 analyses and 75 fixes for everyone on it. On BYOK plans, OpenRouter bills your own account for model usage.

Team insights, if you want them
Turn on insights to see your flakiest tests, every fix and whether it held, how often patches are accepted, and how often repairs pass validation. Off until the owner turns it on; only test names and outcomes are shared.

What counts toward a limit
One analysis
One diagnosis sent to the AI. fix reuses the diagnosis analyze already made for the same run, so it doesn't use another.

One repair attempt, validated by npx kwikqa validate. If validation fails, the one retry, including its new diagnosis, is free.

Billing questions
When do limits reset?
At 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, whatever day you subscribed and whether you pay monthly or yearly. Unused analyses and fixes don't carry over.
What happens when I reach a limit?
KwikQA stops before sending anything and tells you. There are no overage charges. You can wait for the reset, upgrade, add seats, or keep using local-only analysis.
Can I get a refund?
Annual plans, yes. Cancel from your dashboard and every month you've started is charged at the monthly price; the rest of your annual payment is refunded. Monthly plans aren't refunded, but stay active until the end of the month you've paid for. The refund policy has examples.
How do I change plans, seats, or billing period?
In Billing. You see what you'll be charged before you confirm. Changes take effect right away, and the unused part of your current period is credited.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, and issues your invoices. KwikQA never sees your card details.
